These terms govern the use of the website at casiongroup.com and of Casion Ads Manager, the internal application operated by Casion LLC ("Casion", "we", "us").
Summary. This website is informational. Casion Ads Manager is an internal tool with no public sign-up: it is used by Casion staff on Casion's own advertising accounts. Nothing here creates an account, a subscription or a service relationship on its own.
1. The website
casiongroup.com describes who Casion LLC is and what it does. The content is provided for information only. It is not an offer, a proposal, or a guarantee of any commercial result. Any engagement between Casion and a client is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.
2. Casion Ads Manager
Casion Ads Manager is an internal application. It is not offered to the public, not distributed, not resold, and has no registration flow. It operates only on Google Ads accounts that Casion LLC owns or on which Casion LLC is an authorised user, and only after an authorised operator grants access through Google's OAuth consent flow.
All changes the tool prepares — negative keywords, pausing ads or keywords, budget adjustments — are shown to the operator and executed only after explicit confirmation.
3. Use of Google services
The tool accesses the Google Ads API in accordance with the Google Ads API Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through the API is used solely for internal reporting and campaign management on Casion's own accounts, as described in our Privacy Policy. Authorisation can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page.
4. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the application, or any related system, or use them to violate applicable law or the terms of any third-party platform.
5. No warranty
The website and its contents are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Advertising results depend on factors outside our control, including auction competition, seasonality and the merits of the product being advertised. We make no guarantee of revenue, order volume or ad position.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casion LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the application.
7. Intellectual property
The content, layout and name used on this site belong to Casion LLC, except where material belongs to a third party. Google, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Merchant Center are trademarks of Google LLC; Casion LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
